PRESIDENT

 Robert Jarboe
 Poland, Indiana

The ICCA President presides over meetings, and oversees all business for and concerning the Indiana Cave Conservation Association. The President will oversee all offices, and may act and assist with any ICCA Office as necessary. The President may also permit Gift Memberships, as well as Lifetime Gift Memberships.
 

VICE-PRESIDENT
 

 Thomas Jarboe
 Coatesville, Indiana

The ICCA Vice-President will fill the Presidents position in the event the President is incapable of completing his duties. The Vice-President shall assist in the overseeing of the offices of Directors, and Board Member. The ICCA Vice-President may also approve 1-year Gift Memberships, as well as approve Regular Membership Status. The Vice-President shall take upon himself to fulfill any vacant office (as well as Vice-President), in the un-likely event an officer becomes impeached or resigns office, until an emergency election, or term election is made, whichever comes first. This shall include the office of President.
 

RELATIONS

Frank Trout
Paragon, Indiana

This Relations Officer shall keep all data and vital records as accurate as possible dealing with Memberships, coordination of information dealing with internal organizations, as well as assist all officers with Public / External Organizations.
 

TREASURER
 

Mike Kimberlin
Beech Grove, IN

The Treasurer shall be in charge of the ICCA Treasury. Shall receive and pay out the same as directed by the ICCA membership(1/2 majority rule), The ICCA President and ICCA Vice-President. The Treasurer shall track, and report to the ICCA President on a tri-monthly basis all Treasury Transactions.
 

BOARD MEMBER
 

Brandon Billings
Morgantown, Indiana

The Board Members shall assist the ICCA President, Vice President, Directors and Treasurer as necessary to complete any and all internal or external business for the ICCA. The Board Members shall from time to time assume Presidential, Vice-Presidential, Treasurer, or Director responsibilities, as given them by each officer to complete tasks and projects.
