ICCA By-Laws

Additional Terms and conditions of ICCA Membership:

I agree, by submitting an application, not to share my access, password, username ,and any ICCA related information found within the Members Only area of the ICCA Websites to any NON-ICCA Member / entity. 
I agree to abide by the ICCA Constitution and By-Laws as applicable as terms of membership.
I also certify that I am at least 18 years old, or that if I am under 18 years old, I have obtained proper permission from my parents prior to joining the ICCA.

I understand that the ICCA utilizes software that will record my browser information, connection IP, browser functions and controls, page load, page print, up-loads and downloads while on the indiana-caves.org / indiana-caves.net / indiana-caves.us websites. This information is reviewed frequently for violating the above terms of membership, and that a suspected violation will immediately be cause for termination of membership, and possible legal action.

For and in consideration of permitting all applicants to participate and engage in CAVE EXPLORATION or related activities, beginning on date of application, and forever thereafter, all applicants voluntarily releases, discharges, waives, and relinquishes any and all actions or causes of action for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death occurring to him/her self as a result of (or receiving instructions in) Cave Exploring or related activities, or said activities incidental hereto, wherever or however the same may occur, and for  whatever period said activity or instructions may continue, and all applicants does for him/her self, his/her heirs, executors, administrators, or assigns hereby release, waive, discharge and relinquish any action or cases of action aforesaid which may hereafter arise for him/her self, and for his/her estate, and agrees that under no circumstances that he / she, or his/her heirs, executors, administrators or assigns prosecute, or in any way whatsoever present any claim for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death against the Indiana Cave Conservation Association, or any of it’s officers, agents, servants, members or employee’s for any of said actions or causes of action whether the same shall arise from the negligence of any of said persons or Otherwise.
                II IS THE INTENTION OF ALL APPLICANTS, BY THIS AGREEMENT, TO EXEMPT AND RELIEVE THE INDIANA CAVE CONSERVATION ASSOCIATION FROM ANY LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR WRONGFUL DEATH CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE. All Applicants, for him / her self, his/her heirs, executors, administrators or assigns agrees that in the event that any claim for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death shall be prosecuted against the Indiana Cave Conservation Association he / she shall indemnify and save harmless the same Indiana Cave Conservation Association from any and all claims or causes of action by whomever or wherever made or presented for personal injury, property damage or wrongful death.
                IT IS ALSO UNDERSTOOD that if said claim shall arise, that all legal fee’s, claims, or fines presented as a result of prosecution aforementioned against the Indiana Cave Conservation Association,  including that of legal representation, shall be paid for in full by the applicant.
                By completing an application, all applicants agrees that he / she has read the forgoing Liability agreement, and is fully aware of the dangers incidental to Cave Exploration or related activities, and is fully aware of the consequences of this agreement. This agreement is AUTOMATICALLY EXECUTED each applicant upon presenting an application to the Indiana Cave Conservation Association.
NOTE: Person (s) under age 18 must have parent’s permission to join. If an applicant under age 18 presents application to The Indiana Cave Conservation Association, then applicant agrees that parents permission has been granted, and that parent (s) agree to the Liability Agreement as well.

The ICCA reserves the right to revoke website privileges, membership to the ICCA at any time.

If you do NOT agree to these terms and conditions FULLY, then DO NOT submit an application.
