-Go to:  http://www.rcn.montana.edu/resources/tools/coordinates.aspx

-Enter your location and map datum in your choice of coordinates

-Pick the Convert button below your coordinate input area

-The results will show below the coordinate input area

-On the right between the coordinate converter entry boxes and the results, you will see where it says Maps and then Google, USA
   Topo, USA Aerial

-Pick USA Topo and it show you a topo map with your dot on it.

-The scale is rather large here so change the resolution. The Resolution os found on the right side. I think the default is 16 mpp.
  Change it to something like 4 mpp and then pick the button that says Generate Map. 

- Copy the URL (ADDRESS) from the top of the screen, and paste into the URL field on the report form
